Scooter Raffle Benefiting the Humane Society
We sold 3,426 raffle tickets for a gross total of $3,000. After deducting for the purchase of the scooter and the tickets, our net contribution to the animal shelters is $2,238. We presented the Berkeley County Humane Society with a check for $2,000 and disbursed the remaining $238 to other local no kill shelters.
The winner's name is Joe Winfield from Martinsburg, WV. He bought his ticket at Main Street Martinsburg.
